  • Ensure a seamless productivity by monitoring and managing daily operations.
  • Manage team members in the operations department to achieve objectives.
  • Guarantee that the deployment of overseas workers is in accordance with the labour laws and regulations of both national and international jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with the department head to address the needs of current and prospective customers.
  • Ensure that documentation and compliance are maintained through consistent communication with MOEAA and other pertinent ministries.
  • Serve as an intermediary between the agency and international partners.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and comprehensive by reviewing, correcting, and verifying it.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation to the local government authorities.
  • Secure the timely completion and submission of documents in order to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and submit daily operational costs and fees to the department chief.
  • Identify prospective cost-saving measures that do not compromise the quality of the service.
  • Help the operations team to deliver high-quality service by providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Conduct consistent performance evaluations and offer constructive criticism.
  • Collaborate with the organization and delivery of training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the team.
  • Submit daily reports to the operation manager regarding duties that have been completed and those that have not been completed.
  • Create performance metrics reports on a regular basis to oversee the efficacy of the department.
  • Determine opportunities for process optimization within the operations workflow.
  • Develop strategies that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the overseas employment or recruitment industry.
  • Proficient with Office 365 suit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency of Japanese or Thai is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cultural and legal considerations for overseas employment, especially in Japan and Thailand.
